Job summary

Motive is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Platform Services in the United States. You will lead high-impact, cross-functional programs spanning the platform and engineering organization, driving alignment, risk management, and execution at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management or related role within software, infrastructure, or platform organizations.
• 15+ years of experience in the technology industry.
• Proven track record leading large, ambiguous, multi-team programs with cross-functional dependencies and measurable impact.
• Strong technical fluency to engage with engineering leaders on architecture, trade-offs, delivery risks, and execution plans.
• Demonstrated ability to structure programs, drive decisions, and solve complex problems in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate organizational priorities into executable program roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional programs across Platform Services Engineering.
• Align goals, milestones, dependencies, decisions, and risks with clear operating rhythms.
• Build scalable program mechanisms including roadmap reviews, status reporting, escalation paths, and metrics.
• Identify systemic issues and lead durable solutions supporting objectives.
• Influence stakeholders to make informed trade-offs and move initiatives forward.
• Mentor teams in program management best practices and elevate execution standards.
• Drive Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with Product leadership to map roadmaps into multi-team programs.
• Implement dynamic tracking frameworks that flag risks weeks in advance.
