Job summary

Anthropic seeks a Technical Program Manager to own and coordinate the public sector program for Claude deployments across government segments. You will drive sequencing, dependencies, and tradeoffs between research, inference, capacity, cloud partners, safeguards, and compliance teams.

You’ll lead FedRAMP and related authorizations with privacy, security, and platform engineering, while planning work across segments to achieve parity and timely product delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex cross‑functional programs.
• Track record coordinating research, security, compliance and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the public sector program for Claude models and deployments.
• Drive FedRAMP and similar authorization programs with privacy, security and compliance teams.
• Plan sequencing across model availability, API parity and segment workstreams.
• Represent public sector requirements in model launch planning.
• Establish a single operating rhythm across teams with clear owners and risks.
