Job summary

Autodesk seeks a strategic Partnerships leader to drive end-to-end technology engagements with flagship partners. You will guide co-innovation, GTM planning, and cross-functional alignment across Platform, Product, and Marketing to deliver impactful outcomes.

The role requires executive-level communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving tech environment. Prior experience with hyperscalers and SaaS partnerships is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7 years of experience in technical partnerships, business strategy, or management consulting.
• 3 years leading partnerships, especially SaaS & consumer hardware with major vendors.
• Experience working with hyperscalers.
• Industries include Enterprise Software, Consumer HW, Data, Design & Make Software, Cloud, and Security.
• Demonstrated end-to-end partnership or technical program leadership with high autonomy.
• Technical background to assess partner technology stacks for co-innovation.
• Comfort with cloud, AI/LLM, and platform concepts.
• Strong executive-level written communication and narrative/deck-building.
• Self-directed, effective at managing ambiguity and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own flagship partner strategy and engagements end-to-end; drive roadmaps and outcomes.
• Lead co-innovation programs; assess partner-technology fit for partnerships.
• Align across Platform, Product, and Marketing.
• Build engagement plans from concept to market, including go/no-go decisions and GTM planning.
• Manage partner engagements; document scope, dependencies, risks, milestones, and updates.
• Prepare strategic options and recommendations for Directors and VP decisions.
• Identify and evaluate new partners.
• Represent the team at senior leadership forums and partner conferences.
• Draft executive narratives and quarterly newsletters; provide guidance to junior staff.
