TelyRx is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to own and operate the platform that powers our digital pharmacy and commerce experience in Seattle. You will oversee Engineering and Infrastructure and Security, turning roadmaps into shipped products while maintaining uptime, security, and cost discipline.

You will lead two sub-orgs, drive release velocity, and partner with Finance on platform spend. The role emphasizes building scalable processes, QA and automation, and DevOps practices as the org

Responsabilidades

• Build and run the platform, and turn the roadmap into shipped product.
• Lead Engineering through the Lead Full Stack Engineer and Infrastructure and Security through the Senior Manager.
• Own uptime, release velocity, security posture, and platform cost.
• Ship the experience briefs and the launches products ready.
• Set the engineering standard, and keep quality and reliability high as velocity rises.
• Grow the engineering bench toward a manager layer, QA and automation, and DevOps as the org scales.
• Partner with BI on instrumentation and with Finance on platform spend.
• Develop the two sub-org leaders and the engineers under them.
