TelyRx LLC in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Shipping Lead to manage day-to-day shipping operations, staff scheduling, and on-time carrier pickups. This role blends hands-on fulfillment with leadership responsibilities to keep the shipping workflow running smoothly.

You will train new Shipping Associates, maintain supplies, and act as a cultural ambassador for our fast-growing healthcare tech company that ships 1,000,000+ prescriptions across 48 states.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or logistics.
• Ability to lead peers without direct authority.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with shipping software or carrier portals.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day shipping operations while hands-on in fulfillment.
• Coordinate workload and labor priorities for daily targets.
• Pack, process, ship, and audit shipments for accuracy.
• Monitor carrier pickups and ensure on-time tendering.
• Train and onboard new Shipping Associates.
• Serve as first point of contact for ops questions.
• Conduct shipment quality audits and compliance checks.
• Communicate updates, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area.
• Support peak season planning and execution.
• Handle additional duties as required.
