Job summary

TelyRx is transforming how people access medications through a digital platform that powers its retail pharmacies and care delivery. You’ll own the platform, lead two sub‑orgs (Engineering and Infrastructure, plus Security), and ensure uptime, velocity, and cost are optimized as the company scales to serve patients nationwide.

Qualifications

• Led engineering and infrastructure for a commerce or consumer platform.
• Owned uptime, release velocity, and security posture.
• Shipped product against a roadmap and a brief.
• Managed cloud and platform cost.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the platform, and turn the roadmap into shipped product.
• Lead Engineering through the Lead Full Stack Engineer and Infrastructure and Security through the Senior Manager.
• Own uptime, release velocity, security posture, and platform cost.
• Ship the experiences and launches Product readies.
• Grow the engineering bench toward a manager layer, QA and automation, and DevOps as the org scales.
• Partner with BI on instrumentation and with Finance on platform spend.
• Develop the two sub-org leaders and the engineers under them.
