Job summary

The Trade Desk is a global technology company and a leading independent platform for digital advertising. The Platform Support Analyst role focuses on customer-facing service, cross-functional collaboration, and technical troubleshooting for a groundbreaking media buying platform.

You will build relationships with Customer Service, Engineering, Product Managers, and Technical Account Managers to ensure excellent platform experiences, drive improvements, and support diverse clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year university or relevant substitute experience.
• 3+ years relevant work experience as a technical support representative in a small or medium sized business.
• 2+ years of AdTech experience (RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, optimization platforms).
• Strong SQL and HTML experience.
• Advanced MS Excel skills with pivot tables and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Support for platform issues within established SLAs.
• Multi-task, manage, and resolve technical support requests.
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve to deliver quick resolutions.
• Execute stored procedures and query the database using SQL.
