Job summary
Rainforest is seeking a Platform Success Manager to oversee client integrations from setup to go-live and to help clients optimize margins and revenue through expert go-to-market guidance. You’ll work within a tight-knit Platform Experience team to drive adoption and build trusted relationships across client organizations.
You will guide clients on best practices for payment processing, collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to ensure continued success, and monitor key metrics related
Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer success or account management
- Experience with embedded payments industry
- Knowledge of payment processing, credit card, ACH
- Proven ability to grow embedded payments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
- Guide platform clients through integration, testing, and go-live
- Advise on margins, revenue optimization, and adoption
- Partner with client platforms to align goals and strategies
- Analyze client data for trends and opportunities
- Advise on go-to-market strategies including pricing and messaging
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering
- Monitor metrics on satisfaction, retention, and revenue
