Job summary

Neuberger is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to partner with the Chief Platform Officer in driving organizational effectiveness, platform adoption, and executive engagement across the Platform organization. The CAO will lead business management, governance, communications, and operating rhythm to translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in business management, strategy, operations, consulting, platform management, or related leadership roles.
• Experience supporting senior executives in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated success partnering across business, operations, product, and technology functions.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives and organizational transformation efforts.
• Preferred experience in financial services, asset management, banking, or fintech.
• Experience supporting platform, infrastructure, operations, or enterprise services organizations.
• Knowledge of governance, risk management, and service management frameworks.
• Experience managing executive communications and board-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic priorities with the Chief Platform Officer and define execution plans.
• Oversee annual planning, objectives, key results, investments, and resource allocation.
• Manage the Platform organization’s operating model and governance framework.
• Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and scalability.
• Establish and oversee a client engagement model with business stakeholders.
• Act as a senior liaison between business functions, operations, and infrastructure leadership.
• Ensure alignment of priorities, service expectations, and platform capabilities.
• Facilitate executive discussions on platform strategy, adoption, and outcomes.
• Champion a service-oriented culture focused on stakeholder satisfaction.
