Job summary

Neuberger is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to partner with the Chief Platform Officer to drive organizational effectiveness across the Platform organization, aligning business leadership, infrastructure, operations, product, and technology.

The CAO will lead governance, planning, reporting, and client engagement, ensuring priorities translate into measurable outcomes while advancing performance and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in business management, strategy, operations, consulting, platform management, or related leadership roles.
• Experience supporting senior executives in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated success partnering across business, operations, product, and technology functions.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives and organizational transformation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional decision-making across business, operations, technology, risk, and vendor organizations.
• Drive issue identification, escalation management, and resolution processes.
• Establish clear accountability and transparent decision frameworks.
• Partner with Finance and Human Capital Management on budgeting and talent initiatives.
