Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 8+ years with an advanced degree (e.g. MBA, JD, MD)
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in strategy, product, business management, consulting, technology, financial services, or related field
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior executives and preparing clear, decision-quality narratives and recommendations
• Experience leading strategic planning, business reviews, and complex cross-functional initiatives in a global or matrixed organization

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution: develop and communicate the organization's strategy and priorities; link priorities to client needs and enterprise objectives; translate strategy into measurable outcomes and actions.
• Strategy Deep Dives: design and facilitate structured deep dives on important initiatives; define questions, gather facts, develop options and recommendations; focus on outcomes and decisions.
• Executive Updates & Communications: establish cadence of updates on progress, risks, decisions; create briefs and presentations for senior leadership forums.
• Business Management & Operating Rhythm: lead cadences like strategy reviews, OKR reviews, leadership meetings; coordinate with Finance and People on planning and performance; drive timely decisions.
