Job summary

Visa seeks a Director of Product - Tools and Services to define the strategy for developer tools and platform integration across the Visa Developer ecosystem. This leader will drive innovation, align roadmaps with client needs, and ensure scalable onboarding, testing, and migration experiences for clients.

The role partners with technology and business stakeholders, mentors product managers, and leads cross-functional programs to accelerate client value and platform modernization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of product management experience with a bachelor's degree, or 8+ years with an advanced degree.
• Experience in defining product strategy, and leading platform/ecosystem initiatives.
• Strong analytical, cross-functional leadership, and developer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term strategy for developer tools, platform services, and ecosystem integration capabilities across Client Platforms.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to simplify integrations, reduce client complexity, and accelerate time-to-value.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and product teams to ensure interoperability across platforms and services.
• Mentor product managers and build a high-performing tools and services product portfolio.
• Drive adoption and measurable business outcomes through clear value propositions.
