Job summary

Visa seeks a Senior Director to lead the Visa Developer Platform (VDP) Client & Developer Experience, owning end-to-end experiences from onboarding to AI-assisted workflows. You will partner with Product, Technology, Design, and Operations to accelerate time-to-value and adoption across APIs and services.

This role demands platform thinking, UX leadership, and a track record of delivering large-scale transformations in regulated enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years with an Advanced degree, or 5+ years with a PhD.
• Experience leading global product teams.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with API ecosystems and developer platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year VDP UX strategy spanning onboarding, configuration, deployment, and support.
• Own client onboarding, enrollment, project setup, and credential access.
• Lead design, information architecture, and UI patterns for scalable experiences.
• Drive AI-powered experiences across onboarding, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Own roadmap prioritization, KPIs, and business outcomes; lead cross-functional delivery.
