DNV is seeking a Digital Product Portfolio Director to shape and grow a platform-driven portfolio of digital products for critical energy infrastructure. You will coordinate across products, platforms, markets, and lines of business to align strategy with customer value and growth objectives.

The role emphasizes strategic governance, portfolio optimization, and leading senior stakeholders while guiding Product Managers and Technology teams toward long-term value creation in the evolving energy

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Digital Product Management with 5+ years in Product Portfolio Management.
• Proven track record transforming portfolios into platform-driven ecosystems.
• Experience coaching Product Managers and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Define and own long-term digital product portfolio and platform strategy.
• Lead transformation of independent product lines into a cohesive ecosystem.
• Coach product teams and ensure portfolio-wide alignment on value and growth.
• Drive portfolio investment, prioritization, and lifecycle decisions.
• Establish strategic governance across the portfolio.
• Assess portfolio performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Advise Product, Technology, and Business teams on investments and priorities.
