Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term digital product portfolio and platform strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Lead transformation of independent product lines into a cohesive, platform-driven ecosystem with a scalable operating model.
• Coach and mentor product teams, applying professional PM practices and ensuring portfolio-wide alignment around customer value and growth.
• Drive portfolio investment, prioritization, and lifecycle decisions balancing innovation, growth, and modernization.
• Establish strategic governance across the portfolio, aligning roadmaps with long-term vision across product, technology, and business.
• Assess portfolio performance, identify gaps and risks, and recommend actions to maximize customer impact and commercial value.
• Advise Product, Technology and Business teams, influencing investment decisions and long-term direction with market insight.
