Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in digital product management and leadership experience.
• Degree alternatives: associate degree with 9+ years or high school diploma with 11+ years in the field.

Responsibilities

• Owns product vision and multi-year roadmaps for a digital product portfolio.
• Partner with IT/engineering to align strategy, architecture, and execution.
• Establish product management standards, operating models, and talent strategy.
• Lead analytics and BI capabilities for actionable insights and decision making.
• Coach product managers and analytics professionals to improve accountability and outcomes.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform health and value realization.
