Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a Director of Enterprise Digital Products to lead the Digital Product Management organization and partner with business functions to design and execute the enterprise digital roadmap.

The role focuses on aligning digital capabilities with business strategy, managing end-to-end product lifecycles, and driving value realization across functions such as Commercial, Project Delivery, and Finance. Strong leadership, architecture governance, and vendor management are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise applications, digital product management, or business/technology transformation.
• Experience partnering with business functions to design enterprise business architectures and roadmaps.
• Strong background in business process design, optimization, and value-stream thinking.
• Experience leading and developing cross-functional product teams.
• Proven ability to balance business strategy, process expertise, and enabling technology capabilities.
• Mixed background spanning business operations, process improvement, and technology leadership.
• Strong vendor management and enterprise software experience.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence, align, and drive outcomes.
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, TOGAF, or similar frameworks (applied pragmatically).
• Experience with EPC, construction, or project-based enterprise systems is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Digital Products organization, providing strategic direction and people leadership to Digital Product Managers.
• Partner with business leaders across Commercial, Pre-Construction, Project Delivery, Finance, HR, and Operations to shape roadmaps.
• Define and maintain enterprise architectures aligned to end-to-end processes and value streams.
• Own intake, prioritization, and governance for enterprise digital initiatives with the PMO.
• Ensure digital products support scalable, standardized business processes.
• Translate business strategies into executable system roadmaps and backlogs.
• Oversee lifecycle management of enterprise applications and vendor strategies.
• Drive adoption, change management, and value realization for digital products.
• Collaborate with Digital Operations & Cybersecurity to ensure reliability and security.
• Contribute to modernization initiatives as a senior Digital Technologies leader.
