Qualifications

• 10+ years of product leadership experience in regulated or operationally intensive domains.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and engineering processes.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executives, engineers, regulators, and customers.
• Experience producing detailed requirements and product specifications that engineering teams can execute against without significant rework.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking capabilities in ambiguous environments.
• Direct experience with procurement, security review, legal review, and IAM integration in enterprise sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy across the Abaxx platform ecosystem.
• Align product initiatives with corporate objectives and the commercial roadmap of each business unit.
• Prioritise investments across competing initiatives and maintain balanced roadmap priorities.
• Maintain a coherent long‑term product roadmap across MarketOS applications, identity infrastructure, the collateral platform, and AI systems.
• Coordinate product direction across engineering, infrastructure, legal, operations, and commercial teams.
