Versant is seeking a hands-on SRO Engineer to help establish and scale reliability practices across its technology organization in a hybrid cloud/on‑prem environment. You will develop standards, runbooks, and reusable procedures to improve reliability, resilience, and supportability of enterprise platforms and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years in SRE, IT ops, or related platform engineering.
• Experience with production support, cloud platforms, or enterprise services.
