Xe.com is hiring a Technical Solutions Manager in Irvine, CA to lead technical ERP and API integrations from pre-sales to launch. You will scope requirements, demo solutions, and own timelines while coordinating with sales, product, compliance and engineering teams to deliver on client needs.

The role requires a strong background in integration management, ERP systems, and API tech, plus excellent communication with both technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering or integration management.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage).
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage technical ERP and API integrations from sales pitches to launch.
• Scope integration requirements with prospective clients and conduct product demos.
• Own timelines and workstreams to ensure on-time delivery within scope.
• Manage end-to-end technical onboarding of new clients through go-live.
• Collaborate with sales, product, compliance and engineering teams to deliver solutions.
