Job summary

Xe is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager to guide ERP and API integrations from pre-sales through go-live, coordinating across sales, product, and engineering. You will own timelines, assess integration needs, and deliver compelling demos for clients and partners.

You will lead technical onboarding, manage risks, and ensure alignment with Xe’s platform solutions, staying current on embedded finance and international payments trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, integration management, or technical project management.
• Knowledge of embedded finance, fintech or payments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms (e.g., Microsoft Business Central, Sage) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, compliance, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage technical ERP and API integrations from sales pitches to launch.
• Scope integration requirements with prospective clients and conduct product demos and testing.
• Own timelines and workstreams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to clients, prospects, and partners.
• Develop detailed integration plans and schedules; manage dependencies and risks.
