Job summary

Stability Technology in Long Beach, CA seeks an experienced Development Manager to lead a team delivering enterprise ERP integrations and cloud-based services across an ERP landscape and integration platform.

You will own the technical roadmap, mentor engineers, drive API strategy with APIM, and enforce CI/CD in Azure DevOps, while ensuring scalable, secure solutions across the stack.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a development management or technical lead role.
• Hands-on ERP platform experience (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle) and understanding of data models, business processes, and integration points.
• Proficiency with modern development frameworks such as .NET Core, Node.js, or Java Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and managing RESTful and event-driven service layers.
• Working experience with Azure API Management — including API policies, subscriptions, products, OAuth/JWT security, and rate limiting.
• Familiarity with Azure services (Azure Service Bus, Functions, Logic Apps, Event Grid).
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, domain-driven design, and API-first development principles.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers building ERP-integrated applications and supporting service layers.
• Own the technical roadmap for application development, aligning delivery with business priorities and architecture standards.
• Drive adoption of modern development frameworks and best practices across the team.
• Oversee the design, development, and governance of APIs via Azure API Management, including security and versioning.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and ERP leads to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Manage SDLC including sprint planning, code reviews, release management, and post-deployment support.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, testing practices, and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Partner with ERP vendors and integrators to deliver reliable integrations.
• Provide technical escalation support for production incidents and root cause analysis.
