Job summary

Xe.com seeks a Technical Solutions Manager to lead technical ERP and API integrations from sales demos to go-live. You will scope integration requirements, deliver product demos, and own project timelines, working across sales, product, and engineering to meet client needs.

You will guide prospects with deep technical knowledge, own onboarding, and manage risks and schedules while staying current on embedded finance and international payments trends. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, integration management, or technical project management in fintech/payments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC, Sage) is a plus.
• Excellent communication of complex technical information to diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of API integrations and RESTful architectures is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of integrated solutions to guide prospects to best fit.
• Deliver demos and tailor delivery to prospect needs.
• Document feedback and inform product roadmap.
• Own end-to-end technical onboarding of new clients to go-live.
• Manage timelines, risks, and issues across projects.
• Create detailed integration plans and schedules.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to clients and partners.
• Identify and manage integration dependencies and critical paths.
• Assist in communicating technical documentation to clients during onboarding.
• Collaborate with sales, product, compliance, and engineering teams.
