Job summary

Avery Dennison is hiring a Solutions Deployment Engineer to lead end-to-end implementation across client environments, integrating software with hardware and configuring networks. The role blends site deployment, software integration, and customer-facing consulting within a hybrid work model.

The position requires hands-on experience with API design, software development, and RFID hardware, plus collaboration with product teams and delivery managers. Domestic travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong IT, networking, and cloud-based software environments.
• Experience in technical consulting or solutions engineering within global enterprises.
• Knowledge of GS1 standards, RFID infrastructure, and agile workflows.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance workflows, data transformation, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and lead on-site and remote deployment, configuring hardware and ensuring functional commissioning.
• Analyze ERP/WMS/MES architectures and design data exchange interfaces and API integrations.
• Set up required network infrastructure (VPNs, firewalls, topology) and collaborate with product team on components.
• Partner with Delivery Managers and Product Owners to define deployment timelines and requirements.
• Provide hypercare support, resolve blockers, log defects, and train end users.
