Elo Touch Solutions in Bentonville, AR seeks a Solution Architect to serve as the primary technical contact for Elo, clients, and partners, supporting product setup, issue resolution, and value realization. This role collaborates with Sales and Program Management to guide upgrades, migrations, and new features with minimal disruption.

The position emphasizes client enablement, productive pre-sales engagements, and continuous learning through certifications and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in CS or Engineering.
• 1–3 years in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Technical Support Engineer).
• Knowledge of Android and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems, peripherals, software applications, SDKs, and drivers.
• Understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for customer inquiries and troubleshooting; guide upgrades and feature implementations.
• Assist with customer onboarding, feature rollouts, and configuration best practices.
• Create technical documentation, concise workflow guides, and conduct training sessions for customer teams.
• Engage with customers in a technical advisory role during pre-sales and ongoing support, including on-site and remote engagements.
