Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Platform Software Engineer to contribute to the Sentinel data platform, building and maintaining cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. The role involves collaboration with data engineering and security teams to ensure secure, scalable data enablement across the program.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, and can operate within Agile/DevSecOps teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM discipline required/strongly preferred.
• Experience deploying cloud-native infrastructure and using IaC principles.
• Proficiency with Terraform or similar infrastructure automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate Sentinel data platform on cloud services for secure, scalable data enablement.
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines to provision, configure, and validate platform components.
