Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related STEM field.
• Senior/lead level experience per the job grade (T03/T04) with scalable cloud platforms.
• Experience deploying cloud-native infrastructure using IaC principles.
• Experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure automation frameworks.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Ability to develop automated validation and tests for platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate program data platform on modern cloud services for secure, reliable, and scalable data enablement.
• Implement and maintain cloud-native infrastructure and shared platform services using IaC (Terraform or similar) for Databricks, networking, storage, and security controls.
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines to automate provisioning, configuration, and validation of platform components; include automated testing and quality gates.
• Collaborate with data engineering and data science teams to onboard workloads and standardize ingestion/curation/serving patterns.
• Configure and support containerized services (Docker, Kubernetes) and integrate with broader platform ecosystem (Airflow, object storage, observability).
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and automated health checks for platform reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot across infrastructure, networking, and application layers; drive root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
• Participate in Agile/DevSecOps development; improve tooling, processes, and documentation for the platform.
• Operate within security and compliance constraints, following cloud and data security best practices.
