Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive management experience leading software engineering teams in a technical environment.
• Demonstrated success developing technical talent through coaching, feedback, performance management, and career development.
• High emotional intelligence with a transparent, collaborative leadership style.
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams and establish credibility with technical leads and senior engineers.
