Job summary

PagerDuty, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Platform Security to own the strategy and execution of securing our Operations Cloud platform. This senior IC role sits in Product Development and reports to the Sr Director of Product, Platform & Partners.

You will lead security architecture decisions end-to-end, influence product roadmaps, and mentor teams on secure design and risk management, ensuring trust and resilience across our platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS across product management, security engineering, or platform security.
• Owned security architecture decisions end-to-end, not just supported them.
• Experience running security programs and measuring risk reduction impact.
• Strong cross-functional credibility with Engineering, Legal, Product, and Go-To-Market leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve PagerDuty's platform identity and security architecture — trust boundaries, authentication and authorization models, and secrets management frameworks.
• Own the security platform roadmap and provide security and secure-design leadership to product teams.
• Build and maintain a security review process so product teams integrate security into roadmaps early.
• Partner with executive leadership to align security strategy with company trust and resilience targets.
