Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Platform Security Engineer to lead and scale the Platform Security program across Kubernetes and multi-cloud environments. This hands-on role focuses on building and operating security controls rather than policy, reporting to the Senior Director of Security Foundations.

You will grow and manage a team of platform security engineers, driving CSPM, image integrity, and workload isolation while collaborating with Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, SRE, and other

Qualifications

• 5+ to 10+ years in platform/security engineering.
• 3+ years in leading or managing engineers.
• Hands-on Kubernetes security including admission control, RBAC, network policy.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and execution of Platform Security across Kubernetes and multi-clouds.
• Lead and develop a team of platform security engineers.
• Design, build, and operate security controls for Kubernetes platform and CSPM.
• Drive security posture for AWS, GCP, Azure with governance and guardrails.
• Own CSPM capabilities with visibility and automated remediation.
• Build image integrity and supply chain security controls.
