Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own the reliability and performance of our Kubernetes-based data platform. You will architect and operate highly available, multi-region systems designed to meet stringent uptime and latency standards, while scaling infrastructure, optimizing pipelines, and strengthening security.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Platform/Infrastructure Engineering or scalable distributed systems.
• Experience with data platforms or data-intensive workloads (Spark, Airflow, Kafka, Flink).
• Deep Kubernetes cluster design and production ops expertise.
• Proven CI/CD experience (Argo CD, GitHub Actions).
• Strong observability with metrics, logging, tracing (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
• IaC proficiency (Terraform, Helm, Pulumi).
• Security best practices in cloud-native environments (secrets, network policies).
• Knowledge of multi-region active-active architectures and traffic routing.
