Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to own the reliability and performance of our Kubernetes-based data platform. You will architect and operate multi-region systems, scale infrastructure, and strengthen security while delivering production-ready solutions.

You will lead incident response, define SLOs/SLIs, and collaborate with Platform & Infrastructure Engineering to push our data workloads to the next level.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Platform/Infrastructure engineering or scalable distributed systems.
• Experience with data platforms and data-intensive workloads.
• Expertise with Kubernetes, cluster design, and production troubleshooting.
• Proven CI/CD delivery using Argo CD, GitHub Actions, or similar.
• Ownership of mission-critical systems with high availability targets.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability and performance of Kubernetes-based data platform.
• Architect and operate multi-region, highly available systems.
• Scale infrastructure and optimize deployment pipelines.
• Strengthen security posture of platforms and systems.
