Zusammenfassung

Decagon is hiring its founding Platform Engineer, Security to design, build, and operate the security infrastructure powering its AI platform. This is a builder's role focusing on durable, secure systems and paved paths for secure service creation and automation.

You will shape the infrastructure security program, invest in automation and self-service, and enable engineers to securely deploy at scale while protecting sensitive data.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years building and operating production infrastructure, with exposure to security.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement secure, multi-tenant infrastructure that isolats customer data while enabling AI model serving.
• Build golden paths for security including templates, libraries, terraform policies, and automation.
• Own infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and GitOps best practices, including reusable modules and policy-as-code.
• Expand and operate platforms behind alerting, secrets management, IAM, and automated remediation integrated into CI/CD.
• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, and product engineering to translate compliance requirements (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR) into automated controls.
• Participate in security on-call and raise operability, runbooks, and incident learnings.
