Job summary
Salesforce is seeking a security-focused software engineer to help protect and scale our cloud infrastructure in Bellevue. You’ll own end-to-end security data pipelines, design scalable APIs, and drive architectural decisions across multiple teams, ensuring robust reliability and compliance.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of core software development with mastery in multiple languages and platforms.
- Strong foundation in database engineering, API development, and data pipelines.
- Experience with infrastructure hardening and operational reliability.
- Ability to design systems at scale and drive architectural vision.
- Mentorship and cross-team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end software development across complex security data pipelines.
- Own system architecture for endpoint protection platforms.
- Drive platform reliability through monitoring and hardening.
- Design and build APIs and services including REST APIs and adapters.
- Set engineering standards for code quality and documentation.
- Mentor engineers through PR reviews and sprint planning.
- Collaborate with security architects and partner teams.
- Support on-call operations and incident response.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.
