Qualifications

• 7+ years of core software development experience in multiple languages and platforms.
• Strong foundation in database engineering, API development, and data pipelines.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and distributed systems across releases.
• Proven reliability skills: alerting, monitoring, and MTTR reduction.
• Ability to design systems at scale with architecture reviews and roadmaps.
• Experience guiding teams through PR reviews, design reviews, and sprints.
• Mentorship and cross-functional collaboration to resolve critical issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software development across security data pipelines from ingestion to stores.
• Own system architecture for endpoint protection platforms with SDRs/ADRs.
• Improve platform reliability via monitoring, alerts, and hardening.
• Design and build REST APIs, policy engines, adapters, and projection services.
• Set engineering standards for quality, design consistency, and docs.
• Mentor engineers through reviews, planning, and deep-dives.
• Collaborate with security architects, platform teams and partner orgs for integration.
• Support on-call rotations across time zones and incident response.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery and multi-language development.
