Job summary

Form3 seeks a Senior Platform Security Engineer on a contract basis to strengthen AI resilience and security enhancements across the engineering platform. You will build security controls into CI/CD, code security, and production access controls, working with engineers to prototype and implement practical solutions while documenting the technical design.

You will collaborate with Form3 security specialists, contribute to automation, and help secure AI-enabled tooling and software supply chains.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE or Platform Security.
• Experience implementing security controls in production environments.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and modern software delivery with security integration.
• Knowledge of software supply chain security, including dependency security and provenance.
• Understanding of IAM, RBAC and least privilege.
• Experience with container security and Kubernetes.
• Able to write automation or tooling in Go or Python.
• Experience with AWS or GCP.
• Security automation or policy-as-code experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate and implement controls for secure autonomous agent execution, including policy enforcement and auditability.
• Integrate security controls into CI/CD and PR workflows.
• Explore security tooling and AI-assisted code security approaches.
• Strengthen production access with least privilege and audited privileged-access controls.
• Enhance CI/CD and software supply chain security with SBOMs and provenance.
• Build practical security automation and platform controls for engineers.
• Collaborate with Form3 engineers on design, prototyping and implementation.
• Create clear technical documentation and handover material.
