Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is hiring an early dedicated engineer to build the security infrastructure behind an enterprise AI platform. You will shape secure foundations that help engineering teams ship confidently and meet enterprise requirements.

On-site in San Francisco, CA, you will design multi-tenant infrastructure, IaC templates, and automation, while partnering with security and product teams to implement SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR controls.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years building production infrastructure with security focus.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (GCP and/or AWS).
• Proficient with IaC tools like Terraform and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Strong coding in Python/Go/TypeScript and developer tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design secure, multi-tenant infrastructure protecting data for AI workloads.
• Create service templates, Terraform policies, and automation to enable secure services.
• Own infrastructure-as-code and GitOps practices with reusable modules.
• Improve security controls, IAM, secrets, and CI/CD integration.
• Collaborate with security, infra, and product teams to meet SOC 2/ISO 27001/GDPR.
