Job summary

Form3 is seeking a Senior Platform Security Engineer on a contract basis to bolster our AI resilience and security enhancements. You will design and implement security controls across the engineering platform, CI/CD, and software supply chain, collaborating closely with engineering, platform, and security teams.

You will prototype and deploy practical controls, improve privileged access, and contribute to policy enforcement and auditing.

Qualifications

• Hands-on security and platform engineering experience.
• Ability to embed security into CI/CD and developer workflows.
• Strong understanding of software supply chain security concepts.
• Experience with IAM, RBAC, and least privilege principles.
• Proficient in automation and scripting using Go or Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate and implement controls for secure autonomous agent execution and auditability.
• Integrate security into CI/CD and PR workflows to detect risky code changes.
• Explore security tooling and AI-assisted approaches for code security.
• Strengthen production access with secure privileged-access controls and least privilege.
• Improve CI/CD and software supply chain security including SBOMs and signing.
