Meitner Energy in Dallas seeks a Security Engineer to own the security and compliance posture of our private AI platform. This role emphasizes governance, audit trails, access controls, and evidence libraries to enable regulatory assessment.

You will collaborate with Global IT and external partners to maintain export-control compliance, build control mappings, and produce audit-ready artifacts while addressing AI-specific security concerns such as prompt injection and model access controls.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience implementing SSO, MFA, RBAC/ABAC, PAM, and secrets management in production.
• Familiarity with federal information-protection frameworks and evidence requirements.
• Experience with security monitoring tools and external monitoring relationships.
• Knowledge of export-control frameworks and handling of controlled information.
• Ability to produce clear security documentation and audit artifacts; on-site in Dallas.

Responsabilidades

• Own platform security engineering, including access controls and audit logging.
• Deploy and maintain DLP, audit trails, and secrets management; manage vulnerability cadence.
• Run prompt-injection tests and develop incident response playbooks for AI systems.
• Build control mappings and evidence libraries for regulators and assessors.
• Coordinate with Global IT and external security partners on standards and reporting.
