Job summary

NTT DATA seeks an AI Security & Compliance Engineer to join our Jersey City team. You will design, deploy and operate secure AI/GenAI platforms, covering cloud security, DevSecOps, and regulatory compliance for AIRP and related LLM workloads.

The role emphasizes threat modeling, risk remediation, and crafting reusable, cross-domain controls across IAM, encryption, IaC, and data handling while aligning with enterprise standards and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity, cloud security, or DevSecOps.
• 5+ years securing cloud-native platforms, APIs, microservices, containers, and IaC.
• 3+ years with AI/ML and GenAI-specific risks.
• 3+ years with threat modeling, vulnerability management, or secure SDLC.
• Experience with Terraform/IaC controls.

Responsibilities

• Design and review secure architectures for AI/ML platforms and LLM apps.
• Conduct threat modeling for prompt injection, jailbreaks, data leakage, and adversarial inputs.
• Implement controls for IAM, encryption, key management, secrets, network security, and API security.
• Embed security into MLOps, CI/CD, container security, and deployment pipelines.
• Review cloud-agnostic IaC templates and AWS-specific deployments for least privilege and auditability.
• Review third-party models and vendor platforms for security and compliance risks.
• Build monitoring and alerting for suspicious AI usage and policy violations.
• Support AI red teaming, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for controls and testing.
