Job summary

Nationwide Technology seeks a Cyber Operations professional to build and manage secure agentic platform capabilities at enterprise scale. You’ll own environments, deployment automation, runtime controls, and observability while partnering with solution engineers to govern and recover services.

Ideal candidates have strong cloud and platform engineering skills, IaC, CI/CD, IAM, and security operations experience, plus familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework and incident response.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in cyber security, MIS, engineering, math, CS preferred.
• Graduate studies in cyber security, CS a plus.
• Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provision and maintain secure, repeatable runtime environments for agentic solutions.
• Own deployment pipelines, release guardrails, and artifact promotion practices.
• Implement and operate observability, alerting, health checks, and dashboards.
• Enforce identity, access, policy, and runtime security controls.
• Lead incident response for platform or runtime issues and support triage.
