Job summary

Tripoint Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Salesforce Security & Technical Architect to lead the design, security, and modernization of a scalable data platform. The role combines architecture and hands-on engineering across security, identity, integrations, data architecture, and cloud solutions.

The candidate will provide technical leadership in secure Salesforce implementations, data migration, dashboards, and analytics, while aligning with enterprise DevSecOps and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience including architecture, senior development, or leadership.
• Strong Salesforce security knowledge including IAM, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, OWDs, and field-level security.
• Experience with SSO, SAML, OAuth, MFA and enterprise identity solutions.
• Experience with secure integrations and security assessments.
• Excellent communication, analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce architecture, solution design, and technical direction.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions.
• Design data models, integrations, automation, security, reporting, and APIs.
• Configure security controls, identity solutions, and access management.
• Design and support SSO, MFA, and enterprise identity integrations.
• Drive CI/CD, DevOps, and DevSecOps in Agile delivery.
• Mentor developers, admins, and project teams.
• Collaborate with business, cybersecurity, infrastructure and stakeholders.
