Job summary

RADAR is seeking an experienced Staff Software Technical Program Manager to lead fleetwide RFID solutions for retailers worldwide. The role combines software engineering and test expertise with strong program management to drive development and deployment across the fleet.

You will coordinate with Data Science, Systems, Product, Customer Experience, and Deployment Operations teams while ensuring execution plans, risk mitigation, and timely releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software/infra program management.
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, data scientist, or related field.
• Proven expertise in managing the complete software product development cycle.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet and SAFe/Waterfall/Scrum

Responsibilities

• Lead software development, data governance, and feature implementation across the SWDL.
• Define execution plans for large, complex programs and remove blockers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Data Science, Systems, Product, Customer Experience, and Hardware teams.
• Drive releases with CI/CD, testing, and quality practices for frequent deployments.
• Present status updates to executives and stakeholders.
• Manage cloud costs and cost reduction initiatives.
