The successful candidate will oversee Platform Engineering, Cloud Operations, and Site Reliability Engineering.

This role demands a seasoned leader who can build high-performing teams, engage in technical decision-making, and improve operational practices while partnering closely with various stakeholders across the company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with significant leadership in infrastructure or reliability teams.
• 5+ years of experience in managing engineering organizations.
• Experience in defining engineering strategy and translating business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Platform, Cloud, and Site Reliability Engineering teams.
• Define and execute strategies for cloud infrastructure and reliability engineering.
• Drive improvements in system performance and operational maturity.
