Job summary

CrewAI, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking an experienced infrastructure engineer to build and run the platform that powers its cloud and enterprise deployments. You’ll work across AWS, ECS/ECR, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and related services to keep systems reliable, fast, and secure.

You’ll write automation, improve deployment paths, and partner with runtime and product engineers to scale production environments while reducing toil and ensuring on-call readiness.

Qualifications

• Production SaaS infrastructure experience required.
• Strong experience with AWS, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to operate PostgreSQL, Redis, and message queues in production.
• Security-minded with IAM, secrets management, and least-privilege access.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve platform infrastructure across cloud, containers, and runtimes.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and migrations.
• Lead on-call rotations, incident response, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with product and runtime teams to harden production systems.
