Job summary

Alldus International Consulting Ltd. in San Francisco is seeking a Platform Engineer to take ownership of the reliable operation, deployment, and continuous improvement of our platform across SaaS and customer-hosted environments.

You will deploy, monitor, and upgrade platform environments, provide customer-facing support, and help optimize release processes. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration to enhance reliability and performance for all product lines.

Qualifications

• Strong Linux troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Deep understanding of Linux systems, including cgroups, filesystems and processes.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud workloads.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure or OCI, and Terraform.
• Knowledge of release management and deployment processes.
• Understanding of distributed systems, networking and security.
• Proficiency with Bash, SSH, jq, curl, and Linux tooling.
• Familiarity with Go and TypeScript.
• Experience with Redis and MongoDB.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage and upgrade platform environments across SaaS and customer-hosted infrastructure.
• Monitor deployments and proactively address issues before customers are affected.
• Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and customization.
• Develop and improve internal processes for releases, operations and support.
• Build internal tools to improve troubleshooting, automation and day-to-day operations.
• Participate in on-call rotations and lead production incident response.
• Collaborate with engineering and customer-facing teams to enhance platform reliability and user experience.
