Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, Missouri is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to lead the MS software development environments and DevSecOps practices across multiple networks. You will drive CI/CD pipelines, IaC, automation, and tool integrations while mentoring teams in secure development practices.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in engineering/infrastructure/DevOps, strong cloud and containerization experience, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
6+ years of experience with engineering, infrastructure, cloud, and/or DevOps teams.
5+ years of experience in automated provisioning and configuring software-defined infrastructure and designing for CD/CI.
3+ years of experience with automation and/or CI/CD techniques and design patterns.
3+ years of experience with IaC and CI/CD environments.
3+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

Lead software development environment roadmap and vision.
Deploy and configure build servers, VCS, CI/CD pipelines, and automated tests.
Manage MS software development environments across networks and tools.
Oversee cloud and on‑prem infrastructures.
Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation.
Set up development and production environments.
Ensure compliance with design practices and industry standards.
Develop best practices for provisioning, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Administer and upgrade software development tools (Jira, Gitlab, Artifactory, Confluence, SonarQube).
Mentor junior teammates and promote knowledge sharing.
