Job summary

NovaSource is seeking an experienced Salesforce/ServiceMax administrator with exposure to Dynamics 365 Business Central to manage configurations, releases, and integrations. The role involves controlling production deployments, maintaining change records, and coordinating with external vendors to ensure reliable system performance.

Based in Chandler, AZ, the ideal candidate will oversee environments, roles, and extensions while ensuring compliance with governance and rollback plans.

Qualifications

• Five or more years administering a Salesforce-based platform, with ServiceMax or an equivalent field service app.
• Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central configuration or a clear path to certification within six months.
• Experience holding vendors to acceptance criteria in managed services or projects.
• Ability to read vendor designs and identify gaps; strong change-management discipline.

Responsibilities

• Hold the configuration of record for ServiceMax, Salesforce and assist with Business Central; approve changes to production on either platform.
• Maintain the change record with impact assessment, test evidence, business approval and rollback plan.
• Establish and operate admin environments, user permissions, and extension management; coordinate with vendors.
• Own interface inventory between ServiceMax, Business Central, Zoho and ADP; monitor and replay procedures.
• Own escalation for integration failures and ensure root-cause analysis is delivered.
• Verify rollback for releases and run regression checks before production promotion.
• Enforce sandbox-only development and ensure vendor documentation is complete.
