NovaSource Power Services is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Enterprise Applications team and own governance across the company. You will oversee the platform stack including ServiceMax, Dynamics 365 Business Central, the Azure integration layer, Zoho and the Microsoft low-code estate, chair the Architecture Review Board, and drive the order-to-cash transformation program.

• Ten or more years in enterprise applications

Responsabilidades

• Lead platforms as products and own health, cost and roadmap
• Chair Architecture Review Board and maintain decision records
• Define use-case tiers and control sets for automation
• Review integration designs and vendor ones before build
• Own transition of delivered components into support and knowledge transfer
• Manage the application support service and release management process
• Lead a team of technical product owners and analysts
• Deliver program value to leadership with baseline measures
