Job summary

NovaSource Power Services is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the technical aspects of two platforms handling field and financial transactions. You will own configuration of record, manage environments, and approve production deployments, while vendors build under your direction.

You will administer ServiceMax and Salesforce, coordinate with Business Central, and manage interfaces with Zoho and ADP, ensuring robust change control and rollback plans.

Qualifications

• Five or more years administering a Salesforce-based platform, with ServiceMax or an equivalent field service application.
• Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central configuration, or a path to certification within six months.
• Demonstrated release and change management practice in a production environment carrying financial transactions.
• Understanding of integration concepts: interface design, error handling, replay, and monitoring.
• Ability to read a vendor technical design and identify gaps or missing coverage.

Responsibilities

• Hold the configuration of record for ServiceMax, Salesforce and assist with Business Central.
• Approve changes to production on either platform and maintain the change record with impact assessment and rollback plan.
• Establish and operate administration: environments, updates, user and permission administration, extension management, and vendor liaison.
• Own the interface inventory between ServiceMax, Business Central, Zoho and ADP, including monitoring and replay procedures.
• Own escalation for integration failures and ensure root cause analysis is addressed.
